How should I dress?

We are located up in a cloud forest, at 7000ft, so it's cold in the mountains. Bring warm Layers. Pants are better because of the harness, also closed comfortable shoes are recommended.

Do I need to bring an ID?

Yes, if you are over 18 years old, you will need to fill out a waiver and an ID Number is required. It can be a passport, license or the Social Security Number.

Can I bring my camera?

Yes, you can bring your camera, but if it is not attached or tied to you, it might fall. We offer an optional photography service and you can buy a CD with your pictures at the end of the tour.

Do you have an age limit?

The youngest kid we have taken was 18 months old, and the oldest was 85 years old. If you are anywhere in between you are good to go.

Can I bring my backpack?

We do not allow backpacks or hand purses on the trip. They can get tangled or fall in the middle of the trip.

Do we have to climb to get to the trees?

The access to the first platform is through a stairway that anybody can easily climb.

Do I have to slow myself down or control my speed in any way?

On our Canopy the guides control the speed of our guests at all times, so you don't even have to touch the main cable. On our fastest cables we use a simple but very efficient brake system.

Do you have weight limits?

We do not have weight restrictions, if the gear fits you, you are good to go.

Is it a long hike to get to the cables?

We do a short guided hike through the forest to get to the first platform. It is not a strenous and anybody can do it and it is also very educational.
